Pay: $62,400 - $79,040

What You'll Do

• Create and maintain CMM inspection programs
• Perform first article, in-process, and final inspections
• Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T requirements
• Analyze inspection data and prepare quality reports
• Investigate dimensional discrepancies and support root cause analysis
• Partner with engineering and manufacturing teams to resolve quality issues
• Support process improvements and continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with customer and quality standards

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of CMM programming experience
• Strong blueprint reading and GD&T skills
• Experience with precision measuring equipment and metrology tools
• Ability to analyze inspection results and communicate findings
• Manufacturing or machining environment experience
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• CAD experience is a plus
